01Operator and agreement
These Terms govern Noxlin, a service operated under the business name Makerman Labs at Maan Nagar, Mata Ka Than, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342304, India. Website: https://noxlin.makersmanlab.com. Support and legal correspondence: support.makermanlabs@gmail.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
02What Noxlin provides
Noxlin assists with writing and revising LinkedIn posts, adapting drafts to writing preferences, working from user-provided information and sources, and creating visual content such as images or carousels. Depending on availability and authorization, it may also offer scheduling, publishing, research, profile-related tools and analytics. Features can be in beta, limited by plan, temporarily unavailable, waitlisted or withdrawn. A roadmap or preview does not promise immediate availability.
03Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old, or any higher legal age of majority applicable to you, and legally able to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your login, and report suspected unauthorized account use to support.makermanlabs@gmail.com. Unless explicitly permitted, accounts are for one individual.
04LinkedIn connection, approval and publishing
To publish through Noxlin you must have a supported, authorized LinkedIn connection. You represent that you are the account holder or have permission to manage it. Creating a draft does not authorize publication. By approving content and selecting a publication action or scheduled time, you authorize Noxlin to attempt to publish that approved material. Publishing depends on provider availability and platform rules and is not guaranteed. Revoking or disconnecting LinkedIn access may prevent future posting; previously published material may need to be removed on LinkedIn. Noxlin is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
05AI output and your responsibility
AI output, research summaries, visuals and automated claim checks may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, derivative or unsuitable. Verify all claims, figures, quotations, sources, likenesses, third-party rights and necessary disclosures before publishing. You remain responsible for content published under your identity. Noxlin does not guarantee reach, impressions, followers, leads, revenue, originality or legal protectability.
06Your materials and licenses
You retain rights in the content you lawfully submit and, as between you and us, we claim no ownership in generated outputs to the extent they may legally be owned. You grant Noxlin a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, reproduce, adapt and transmit submitted content as necessary to provide, secure and maintain the service and execute actions you approve. You warrant you have permission to submit and use the materials. This license ends on deletion except where retention is legally required or residual backups or third-party copies remain.
07Prohibited conduct
Do not use Noxlin to violate applicable law or LinkedIn rules; spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, publish unlawful or deceptive content, transmit malicious code, scrape or overload systems, bypass access limits or use accounts without authorization. Agency and client use must comply with your plan permissions or a separate written agreement.
08Plans, prices and trials
Features, prices, included usage, trial availability and plan restrictions are those presented to you on the live pricing page and, for any paid purchase, at checkout. Draft catalogs and previously announced plans are not offers. A plan shown as waitlisted or contact-only is not a self-service subscription. Where a trial is offered, its length, card requirement, limitations and any conversion to paid status must be shown before activation. We do not promise a free trial unless one is expressly offered to your account.
09Payments, renewal and cancellation
If you subscribe, charges and any taxes are disclosed before purchase by Noxlin and its displayed payment provider, which may include Dodo Payments. A recurring subscription renews only under the payment and renewal terms you accept at checkout. You can request cancellation using available billing controls or by writing to support.makermanlabs@gmail.com; cancellation of future renewal does not automatically reverse a charge already due. The date access ends depends on your purchased plan and applicable law.
10Refunds and payment issues
Your right to a refund is governed by mandatory law and the refund terms disclosed for your purchase. We do not promise automatic refunds for unused time, and we do not exclude consumer rights that law protects. Report duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, service non-delivery or cancellation disputes to support.makermanlabs@gmail.com with the transaction reference so the issue can be reviewed. The payment provider may have additional applicable procedures.
11Limits, changes and interruptions
Plans may limit drafts, images, carousel generations, scheduled posts, accounts or processing usage. The limits displayed with your plan govern. We may apply reasonable safeguards against abusive or excessive usage. Third-party AI, hosting, research, LinkedIn and payment services may fail or change without notice. We strive to maintain service continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful publication at an exact time. Material changes to paid features are subject to required notice and legal remedies.
12Ownership of the service
Noxlin software, interface designs, workflows, documentation, branding and related intellectual property belong to the operator or its licensors, excluding user-provided material and rights in eligible user outputs. You receive a limited, revocable right to access and use the service under these Terms, not an ownership interest or resale license.
13Suspension and account closure
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may restrict or suspend access for serious breaches, security risk, legal obligations, nonpayment, abuse or platform requirements. We will act reasonably, subject to consumer rights and other mandatory requirements. Data is handled after closure as described in the Privacy Policy; closure does not automatically remove content from LinkedIn.
14Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Noxlin is provided on an "as available" basis and does not warrant accuracy of AI output, guaranteed publication, or business outcomes. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by incorrect user instructions, content the user approves or third-party provider outages beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability will be determined under applicable law; these Terms do not purport to eliminate rights for fraud, deliberate misconduct or legally protected consumer claims.
15Disputes and governing law
Indian law governs these Terms to the extent lawfully applicable. If a dispute arises, contact support.makermanlabs@gmail.com first so we can attempt an informal resolution. Courts and statutory consumer forums with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available. These Terms do not force consumers to give up protections or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
16Changes, contact and effective date
We may update the Terms when the service or applicable law changes. We will post the effective date and provide notices for material changes where legally required. Effective date: 17 October 2026.
