Noxlin is a LinkedIn content creation service operated under the business name Makerman Labs, based at Maan Nagar, Mata Ka Than, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342304, India ("we", "us", "our"). 02Information we process
We may process your account name, email, profile image and sign-in identifiers; professional profile and writing preferences; ideas, instructions, writing samples, posts, feedback, URLs, uploaded documents and images; content extracted from sources; generated drafts, visuals, carousels and revisions; approval, scheduling and publishing records; and technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, event timestamps and error logs. Features that are not enabled do not generate the corresponding records.
03LinkedIn and billing data
If you connect LinkedIn, we process identifiers, granted authorization scopes, connection credentials or tokens, approved publishing content and any available post-performance data necessary for supported functionality. We do not ask you for your LinkedIn password. If you purchase a paid plan, we process subscription status, purchase details, invoices or transaction identifiers received from the displayed payment provider. Payment details entered into a provider-hosted payment form are processed under that provider’s policies.
04Why we use information
We use information to authenticate you; create and adapt written and visual content to your instructions; analyze sources you select; save your work; manage approvals and supported publishing; maintain subscriptions; deliver support and service notices; prevent abuse; troubleshoot issues; and comply with legal duties. Where consent is required we seek it for the relevant processing; withdrawal may make certain functions unavailable. Other lawful bases apply where permitted by applicable law.
05AI services and other providers
To provide AI-powered functions, relevant portions of your content and instructions may be sent to external model providers or routing services. Depending on the enabled feature, these can include Anthropic, OpenRouter and model developers accessed through it, including providers of image-generation models. Other service categories can include hosting and database infrastructure (such as Hostinger and Supabase), web and source retrieval (such as Google News, Serper, Apify or Firecrawl), LinkedIn or an authorized integration partner, and payment processing such as Dodo Payments. A named service may not be used in every request. External providers process information under their own terms and may retain requests for security and abuse prevention. Do not submit secrets or material you cannot lawfully share.
06Training, sharing and advertising
We do not sell user content or personal data to advertisers, and we do not intentionally use customer content to train models owned by Noxlin. We cannot represent that every third-party AI provider has identical retention or model-training policies; applicable provider agreements govern their processing. We disclose data only as reasonably needed for the relevant service, to comply with legal obligations or for lawful business transfers. We do not operate Noxlin as an advertising-data brokerage.
08Protection and data transfers
We use security measures appropriate to the service and strive to limit unauthorized access. Information may be processed or stored in countries outside India, including where external infrastructure and AI providers operate. No online system can offer absolute security. We assess incidents and provide notifications to affected people or authorities where applicable law requires.
09Retention and deletion
We retain account and content data while needed to provide your account and its features, unless you delete content or request account closure. Some records may be retained longer for security, disputes, accounting or legal compliance; residual backups can take additional time to expire. We do not promise a universal deletion period for every system or third-party processor. To request deletion or an export of available content, contact support.makermanlabs@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and preserve legally required records.
10Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about your data, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent and grievance redressal. Additional access, portability, objection or other rights may apply in certain jurisdictions. You may also withdraw access to Noxlin from your LinkedIn account settings; content already posted on LinkedIn must generally be managed on LinkedIn. Send requests to support.makermanlabs@gmail.com. We respond in accordance with applicable law.
11Children and sensitive information
Noxlin is intended for people 18 years or older. Do not upload government identifiers, financial account credentials, private health information, or personal information about others without proper authority. If we become aware of inappropriate data submitted by a child, we will take appropriate action.
12Applicable laws and changes
Indian privacy requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its implementing rules, apply according to their respective commencement dates and legal scope. Other jurisdictions may confer additional rights. We may revise this Policy as products, providers or law change; material changes will be communicated as required. Effective date: 17 October 2026.
